Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Thank you for your reservation sale to participate at the RnB Fest Empowerment Conference. We value your support and want to ensure you understand our refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making your purchase.
All reservation sales for the RnB Fest Empowerment Conference are final. Once a reservation package has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. Any name or room change requests submitted up to two (2) months prior to the scheduled event date will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee per reservation. No name or room changes can be made 60 days before the event.
- If the event is canceled: A full refund (excluding processing fees) will be automatically issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days.Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- If the event is postponed or rescheduled: reservation sales will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 45 days of the announcement.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed portions of the event. It is the attendee’s responsibility to arrive on time and confirm all event details.
In the event that RnB Fest Empowerment Conference is canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise affected due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), the organizer reserves the right to:
- Reschedule the event, or
- Issue refunds or credit at their discretion
By making a reservation/purchasing a package you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Important Notes
Refunds are subject to our eligibility criteria. Certain products or services may have specific refund restrictions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please retain all original packaging and documentation until your refund is processed.
